At Budo Online, we want you to be fully satisfied with your martial arts gear; if your equipment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and place them securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the items back to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or dispatch your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
