ONCE YOU HAVE UNSCREWED THE BLACK CAP, REMOVE THE CLEAR VALVE FROM THE BAG OPENING AND ATTACH THE BLACK NOZZLE TO A HOSE TO FILL THE BAG WITH WATER.
